Girls, Which do you think hurts more: Period Cramps or Getting Hit in the Testicles?

Its pretty much a rarity for a girl to be rendered immobile by period cramps. We can typically still go about our day with them.

If a guy had the pain of getting kicked in the nuts but constant the way period pains are hed be bed ridden. Unable to move or do anything.
Thatd be fucking painful.

Period cramps hurt, yes, but they are because of hormone fluctuations causing uterine contractions which prevent blood flow to the uterus. They hurt but the body has made several safeguards to make them hurt less. Vitamins, for example, are coenzymes. Their job is to bind to enzymes to make them work properly. Vitamin C functions to properly regulate these hormone fluctuations. As for hitting the testicles, the body is not designed to respond to that type of pain because it isn't natural. Plus there is a huge density of nociceptors there that are pain nerves, causing a blow to them to be much more painful. That's very dummed down but it's a general gist.

Most of the time, getting hit. I have had cramps that have made me double over but not fall to the ground.
I have however had cramps that made me feel like fainting - and sick - etc. They're different. I would say in terms of incapacitation - getting hit, but that also generally doesn't last for several hours at a time.

Ah, I see. And yeah, moderate hits generally last 30 minutes to maybe an hour. Though I have had one weird case where the pain resurfaced 24 hours later (it wasn't like I was hit hard), but they were fine. I know that period cramps can last on and off for a day or more, right?

wow 30 min to an hour? I've seen kids go down and seem fine like 5-10 min. later. maybe it's worse when you're grown?

yeah up to like 5 i would guess, in my case more like 2-3. they're all over too, i get back pain, leg cramps, stomach cramps, etc.

Yeah, it does get worse as you get older I've noticed, though I am only 17, and it could be that mine are just a little more sensitive 😅. How old were the kids who were good after 5-10 minutes? (Though, 5-10 minutes is still a really long time to be in that kind of pain 😬).

I don't mind periods but they're not what I call "fun" - and I'm curious, are guys actually as freaked out by them as everyone seems to think? I mean, whatever, the bleeding part isn't really a big deal as long as you're properly prepared. The mood swings/physical symptoms are the hard part.

Hm, I'm not sure about other guys, but I'm not freaked out by them at all. Mostly, I feel sympathetic towards girls on their period, like, I'd want to give them a hug to make sure their okay and stuff (if I'm close to them cuz then that'd be weird), but I think that most guys (like 85% of them) AT LEAST feel uncomfortable towards periods. Like, if it ever comes up in conversation, we'll try to be as silent as possible and not make any sudden moves so we don't get pulled into the conversation. It doesn't really "freak us out," but it makes us uncomfortable. Probably since it's a big thing for girls, and we don't know what it's like, but we wish we did, so we weren't so alienated by the whole thing.

period cramps would be like getting slapped in the balls (not that hard as to make you bend over but hard enough to be uncomfortable and make you put on a stern face) several times a day for at least 3 days

Periods are natural, pregnancy is commitment that's consensual, pregnancy and childbirth results in life, you don't have to breastfeed (I wasn't really), and guys go through Andropause. I think it depends on the persons pain tolerance. But probably getting hit in the testicles would hurt more initially, but cramps can be extremely painful and also last hours

Depends, some females get really bad period pain and others not. I guess I'd say the period pain, without medication the pain will last for days and I dont imagine being hit in the testicles lasting that long? But correct me of im wrong haha
