is this a "would you rather" question, or a "which is worse" question?

obviously, being kicked in the balls is worse. Not saying the pain is worse, because I have no way of knowing, but it's a question of a natural biological function being the source of pain (cramps) vs. pain from injury (balls).

This is akin to asking if you would rather give birth or have a finger surgically removed under anesthesia. Yes, giving birth will hurt way more, but you'll make a full recovery. You won't recover from a missing finger, though.

I would like to point out that giving birth is still something that can cause tons of damage to a woman’s body and in worst case scenarios lead to death. You likely won’t die from surgically removing a finger. As for the real question, I don’t know what would be more painful as I don’t have any balls. All I know is that I’d rather not experience either but unfortunately I must’ve endure one at least once a month for 7 days.

Depends on how hard / severe.
I think tests have been done on this. Patients got their brain monitored and took several actions (cramps and kicked in the balls). Doctors examined how different parts of the brain responded to measure the amount of pain. I don't know the result but my guess would be getting kicked in the balls is more painful.

Wouldn't know but period cramps + endometriosis (the condition I have) can literaly feel like dying sometimes. The best I can describe it is like someone hangged a big rock on my uterus and is stabbing me with a knife (can last up to 1h if no painkillers around, and like that several times a day). Happened few times I puke or blackout from pain. So taking into consideration how often it happens to how being kicked in the balls is kind of a one time thing, I'd say period cramps are worse even if intesity might be stronger when being kicked.

Period cramps are like persistent and painful diarhea. Being kicked in the balls is like any other injury. So can't really be compared.

What actually happens during cramps is that the tissue is slowly falling apart, so the pain is smilar to peeling of a skin.

I don’t know how it feels to be kicked in the balls, I know it hurts for a short amount of time, but all I’m saying is I’ve been having back and stomach pain at the same time, like r u serious rn. I feel like I finna throw up every second. Every time I eat my stomach hurts but when I don’t eat it does hurt. This has been going on for 4 days. 💀 I haven’t even started my period yet. Getting kicked in the balls I’m sure hurts worse in the moment but overall I think a period is worse. 🤷🏾‍♀️ that’s just me tho.

obviously dont want to undercut guys experiencing pain from being kicked in the balls but period cramps will have a girl lying on the floor sobbing hysterically in pain for hours at a time. also studies have been done that show that period cramps can have pain similar to that of a heart attack. lots of my guy friends have tried to explain to me why they think getting kicked in the balls is worse "no you dont realize it hurts so bad and then we feel it for like 20 minutes kind of resonating" like yeah dude but last Tuesday i had to miss school and drug myself up because of the agonizing pain i was in for 4+ hours so you tell me what would be worse

i have my period three times a month, and yes i can agree that being kicked would hurt A LOT, but still, men don't have to get kicked at least one week of every month until theyre in their 50s-60s. i believe that the pain is about equal, but people who have periods go through the pain for almost their entire life instead of a few kicks in a lifetime. also, for the men that think childbirth is LESS painful.. man just get some help..

For me would be menstrual cramp because of how bad it hurts in my case because every girl gets the pain different some stronger than others. My pain with cramps is so bad that I can't walk, breathing and talking make it hurt more. I've been taken to the hospital to ease the pain, and it reduces some of the pain but it still hurts. One time my family and I were going somewhere for the weekend and I was left behind because I was on my period and couldn't walk.

Getting kicked or sitting wrong on the balls is horrible feeling but i can imagine period cramps are just as bad.

A kick in the vagina is the equivalent of a kick in the balls. Both will leave the person kicked incapacitated, crying, and maybe vomiting. Period cramps are much worse, though.

It’s been proven that a kick in the balls and a kick in the vagina are the same pain and period cramps hurt a lot more then getting kicked in the vagina so ima have to go with period cramps
