She always takes long time to respond. Is she disinterested?

I text this girl. She always responds (not in a one-word response), but she almost always takes at least 10 minutes (sometimes hours) to respond.

What`s going on? Is she not interested? Is she interested but needs some time to think what to respond? Is she playing hard to get?

The simple fact is that you can't tell. Some people just have a more casual way about messaging and others are just always busy doing something. Plus, not every person always carries their phone around with them when they're doing stuff around the house.

My experience is that you can never really expect other people to take the same approach to things that you do. You have to expect that they might do things entirely different and may not even understand why you would see it as an issue.

If she didn't respond at all then you'd know she wasn't interested. At least she's replying every time.

Maybe she simply doesn't have her phone in her hands all the time. You can't really tell whether someone likes you or not by the time they need to respond.
Most of the time I need forever to reply text messages..

I can only speak for myself here, but yes, I think a lot about what to respond. Especially if I like someone because I don't want to say anything wrong..

whenever I like someone, and we talk in whatsapp, I always respond to him before anyone else. So my responses are always quick.

So I assumed same for that girl
