Why is she suddenly taking ages to reply?

I've been seeing her for about a month now. Ever since I last saw her she's been taking much longer to reply to texts and when she does she doesn't seem quite as interested as she used to. I would just say this is her losing interest but if we haven't texted in a while she will always initiate some sort of conversation. She has also invited me to have dinner with her sister and sisters boyfriend this weekend which confused me a bit

If you want to converse with her, try calling instead. I personally don't wait to respond to a text, so I would think she's just been busy and can't focus on making the conversation engaging.

at first I wanted to say loss of interest, but you got invited.. so it probably just means she's smart. if you text all the time, what will you talk about when you get to see her?

Maybe she was losing interest, but after you didn't keep pursuing she probably began to wonder a bit, so she invited you on a double date.
