Are european girl less promiscuous and shy than American girl?

One of my friend recently moved to USA. When he was in Europe, he had hard time to get girls and he got frustrated. But in USA, within a month he fucked 3-4 girls, one of them is randomly picked from street. According to him, American girls are more easy and simple minded.

From my experience, in club I've seen lots of stunning girls indirectly flirt with me. Unless I give them IOI, very few times they directly approached me. Whereas I heard in US, girls openly approach guys.

It comes all to the culture. 1. It depends on where in Europe. Because every country in Europe has different practices. for instance, French women is one of the most flirty of all time but they have some certain boundaries in order of the behavior in public howver, French people are recognized as one of the horniest people where also Porn born in France for the first time. Germans are easy talking to but for such purpose hard to get. and so on. even in U. S each state is different from the other. for instance, San Francisco is famous for getting laid and it's been said if you can not do it there, probably you have to rethink your behaviors. and go to New York. Flirt in public and get charged with fees.
And i have to tell you, "simple minded" is not the right word. American women are one of the most independent and open minded women across the world. yes they can be easy going and sex is not a huge topic among Americans, American women are usually open to their sexuality and embrace how they like it. but of course each location and each area and person to person going to be different.
Tip:
One of the reasons for such action is the plus point of your friend being that "Hey look at hot guy, he is European" and in Europe "Look at that handsome, he's American" usually it works that way.

Probably a mix. I am guessing that the main thing is the fact that he is an exotic foreigner. For example if I moved to the states, coming from Sweden with all that that means aesthetically and so forth I imagine I would get more attention than I am accustomed to.

Said attention would make it easier.

They do. Ikr. I have Been there. And my brother was openly asked whether he'd like sex!!! It was that awkward moment, I swear. European girls or even Asian girls are a bit more intelligent in this matter.

Depends where he is from in Europe. I know they're actually much more open about sex (in some countries) in Europe. It also depends where you are in the U. S.

They're the same more or less. As someone wjo lived in Europe for most of his life, and then in America, I can assure you they're just as easy in Europe as in America.

Some are worse, some are less promiscuous. Don't go to the UK though they aren't any less there. I don't know any girl my age that isn't promiscuous here. I'd be happy to meet one though.
