Why is my crush so awkward around me?

I have a small crush on a co worker but ever since I met her, she's been so awkward around me while she's been normal to everyone else. She's been getting more awkward around me like this one time she was working with me on bailing cardboard and she just left after 5 min but the whole time it was awkward silence as well as my crush getting nervous. She's quite outgoing to everyone else and when i talk to her she gets all nervous. She keeps her distance but always will stare at me. One thing I notice is if I get close her face will turn all red or she will turn her head real fast. I leave her alone because i don't want to make her feel uncomfortable but I find her awkwardness extremely cute which is why I have a bit of a crush on her. I just wish she wouldn't be so awkward when I try to make small talk.

You're lucky, I guess she likes you, too. Otherwise she wouldn't act like this. So she is so "awkward" because she is nervous, and she is nervous because she likes you. Maybe she's a little bit shy.
