Why is it awkward between me and my crush?

Hi all,

Here is my story... I have a crush on someone I work with who my boss tried to set me up with last year and I didn't like him last year but I do now and I see him all the time and he used to say hi to me and we even talked a few times but now he says nothing... He comes to take my kids to computer lab and he talks to my boss and the others he knows and we can barely look at each other...

So I don't know what to do? Is it possible that he likes me and is just shy or something?

Okay I would but we don't talk except for maybe the occasional hi etc...and we aren't on a first name basis... I am trying to keep it professional cause we do work together...

Oy. I wouldn't date a coworker - no way. Especially these days when finding another job is so difficult.

I'll agree... I have his phone number and email from my boss that I don't think he knOws I have...I do notice that we stare at each other a lot and sometimes not at all...
