My crush is socially awkward and shy and u know what it sucks. he's been staring at me for five weeks straight and he did say hi to me and i walked away and i know it takes a lot of power for someone that is shy to say hi to someone and i know what a dumbass right so it's bad i've been trying to say hi to him but nothing comes out all i do is walk away i see him in the library and he stares at me when i walk in i don't know if he just trying to be friendly or he likes me and i'm slow sometimes and i don't even know when people flirting with me that's how slow i am so i would like some answers help get ready to talk to him cuz it's gonna be hard cuz if he doesn't say anything i'm gonna walk away and it's gonna be bad and i don't know how to talk to him

Try initiating a convo. These dudes are loyal to death. Can even be interesting in their own way. Don't give him much hope if you don't want the long term though. Just start and see what happens. Ask him if he cn take you to a movie or something. It might be hard breaking his shell but he is not rude. You should try it.

Anyway, odds are that you won't talk to each other unless you muster up the courage to initiate talking to him.
