It depends on what's going on through her mind at the moment and her personality or habits. I don't play with my hair. Touch through it at times because I'm thinking hard, or think something is wrong it or it's messed up, out of place etc.. But it's rare. Some do it for flirting signals, others to so off to others, usually signs of mischievousness, crafty, etc.

It depends on her personality. Some women do it as a nervous habbit regularly. Some do it when they like a guy and are nervous. For some it is a flirting sign. Usually at your age it is either the last two.
What I notice is if she is bold enough to flirt that way she will move it to the front and rub the back of her neck.
