Girl staring at my "package"?

There is a girl in one of my college classes that I'm interested in and been talking to and noticed that she will look at my package and stare at it for a few seconds. We sit next to each other so it is pretty obvious what she is looking at and when she does it.

Is this generally a sign that she is into me, at least sexually?
