Well. I think he's too vascular and veiny. Anyways, I dont think girls (99% of them) are in a position to judge him. I mean, fake boobs, fake butt, 10 butt zoomed "look at my new shoes" selfies every day, fake nose, 10 layers of makeup, belly belts, tight clothing, high heels, fake hair, duck face, pushup bras, stuffed bras, butt lifting clothes, contact lenses etc etc etc. At least this guy, even or roids, is busting his ass working out and eating right for longer than we can breath. Its his passion. (note, roids dont make the dong shrink, they make the balls shrink IF you're not careful)
Im also into powerbuilding, and i have to admit, and this is as truthful as it gets, that the more mascular and big i get, the more I catch girls staring at me, and we guys can also tell whether one likes what he/she sees or not. Plus, my girl always says stuff like "dont get bigger, enough" but when i go get bigger she says "looks hot, it suits you great, stay like that".
Sorry for the long post, but what Im trying to say is, judge yourselves before you judge someone else because you might be the same or worse, everyone has different taste and you shouldn't "fry before you try".

Well this guy is not necessarely enhanced you know : his traps arr not huge so as his shoulders, he got really tiny forearms.
He has a good ligthning and he is flexing, just get to diet and go carb depleted for a few days and take a dozens of shot to get the "good picture". I know how it works since I did train with a guy who loves to put those perfect pictures on instagram.
That being said, even if he is enhanced, he stil have to eat and exercice right to get the outcome so he is entitled to give advice to people since he probably knows his stuff.

Well no matter what he's a fitness freak. That's what he likes to do and look like. I don't agree with steroids, just like a don't agree with lip filling and liposuction. I personally wouldn't want someone that ripped but as much as it might seem insanely conceited, that's just their passion/hobby. Just like girls like baking and contouring to get a heightened result. There seems to be a double standard in this aspect.
Well I don't think so, I think it makes it too personal. Unless he's saying, hey guys use steroids and other drugs to be like me than we don't really have any leverage there. If it gets to that point than I would report him, but from what you've told me he's just being an unwholesome influence. And you and I both know we can't do much about that 😪.

Whether you personally find it attractive or not - it's not ok to post someone else's photos without their consent just to slander them. You seem VERY immature and petty, with a big grudge against someone just because you don't find them attractive
To be fair there is no clear evidence that he is on steroids for all you know he is just a gym enthusiast and if he finds it preferable to look like this then it's fine. As to why girls prefer guys like this it is entirely subjective to the girls, girls go for what they like and not everyone would go for such type. If they do like guys like this then it's fine too. We can't body shame anyone that might look different to what we prefer or judge those that like such men.
You can't tell that he is on steroids or not. It can only be seen with testing... And besides its not realistic to stay on that fat percentage in the long term. He won't maintain that fat percentage for very long. Its just for wanting to see the underlying muscles. He is contracting his muscles for the pose, this means that his penis will shrink somewhat as is usually the case during muscle contraction.
Oh... I think I saw a similar photo... Not sure if it's the same one, but I said it was a deformed version of a body... And why would anyone do that intentionally to themselves is beyond me.
