Girl acts confident with every guy but super awkward/nervous around me?

This girl always stares at me when I'm not looking, she'll see me walking towards her and will look down and her face will go red, but when she sees normal, ugly dudes at work, she'll smile and say hi to them. She'll purposely move next to my desk and talk to other dudes really loudly and periodically look at me to see if I'm looking. She also flips her hair a lot while looking at me, and has been dressing nicely lately. But to me she acts kind of rude (in the sense that she sort of ignores me) but to everyone else particularly guys, she acts normal and outgoing. What's going on?

By the way we do know each other. Sometimes every now and then she'll do an awkward wave but won't smile, her face will go red and she looks like she's super nervous. But with everyone else that she knows she acts totally normal and outgoing. Around me she is SUPER awkward.

She already knows i like her but she plays mind games. AFter the mind game playing I ignored her and she started doing the stuff I mentioned in the original post

Just saying.. the guy I like ( mine is the same situation as urs) is ignoring me and it's driving me crazy.. and so I am probably going to stop looking at him.. so if u still like this girl you should not ignore her..

Kind of yes.. if he ignores me I will ignore him too because I feel heart broken.. then if he starts to look again I will look too and be happy about it.. when he ignores I feel he is playing mind games.. and I speak with all the guys or any ugly guy in the team because they speak with me it's not to irritate him... it's mostly to get his attention..

She does the exact thing with me, she talks to every guy just to get my attention cause she keeps looking over at me and coming to sit close to me whatever chance she gets, and always looks at me when im not looking. And yes she's also my friend too (the girl i told)

Nope. I am normal and confident myself. She always stares at me too, especially when im not looking.
