We have been dating for 5 and half months and right now she's in Canada with her friends till next week. My friend lives in the same city where she is and told me about her active on tinder. I know she has hardly been in a relationship before but anyways I confronted her about this and she's goes:

"I am still not used to being in a relationship, I still go on Tinder to make fun of guys with the girls when we are away, as I did when I was in Vietnam and happened here as well, but doesn't mean I would ever go on a date with someone from Tinder."

" I am trying to be committed to and sometimes I do things that I don't realise will hurt you because I don't take them seriously."

"As a matter of fact, if I ever thought of cheating trust me I won't go on Tinder for that... However, I thought you know me well enough by now to know that I respect you and the only thing I would never do it is cheating." ( Sorry English isn't her first language)

Do girls go on Tinder to mess with guys, I just want to understand this more clearly. I do kind of trust her but its really annoying that she's on Tinder because its a whole lot disrespectful.

We troll them. We did tinder a little bit. Tinder plus costs 10 bucks a month I think. Tinder plus is what allows you to choose another location.

I would never do that to a guy if we were together. Like, I deleted the app/didn't use it at all when I was seeing a guy because it didn't interest me since I had him and was only interested in getting his attention, which I got. Though, she could be telling the truth. I just know that if I wanted to "mess" with guys I would go on my friends tinder and write there just to have some fun. If I would want an ego boost I'd talk to my boyfriend and get it from him, I wouldn't even want it from other guys if I already had one I liked.
