millennial women are educated more than ever on the inequalities we face when compared to men- we put in just as much effort into our business ventures and yet our contributions are reciprocated less. this is evident in the pay gap as well as the minimal (if any) time off for maternity leave.
while some feminists aren't particularly fond of men, most realize that it's about equality for all, and men need to be feminists to see this change. we typically don't hate all men- just the ones who are so closed minded about seeing our work as equal. without women in the working world, we wouldn't have certain innovations, cures, and technologies.
we have to "act like men" to get our point across. if the men with the power could see our perspective, we wouldn't have to go to certain extremes.
I'm not trying to attack you, but that kind of mindset is the reason there is a pay gap and this movement of empowered women. if men want something they are privileged enough to just go do it, whereas a woman has to make sure she doesn't step on the toes of her male peers

I'm 22, so I'm not starting a family at the moment and neither is my boyfriend. I'm not lying. We work the exact same hours and he still gets paid more. He doesn't do overtime or anything. There is a pay gap there, whether you chose to believe it or not. It's quite sad to see the amount of men that think women don't deserve equal rights and then bash us for trying.

@shaunaM95 just because you were payed less in one instance does not mean the same for everyone. My mother was payed on par with my dad. All the women I know, make just as much as the men and in some cases even more. Doesn't mean everywhere is like that.
In fact since it's illegal, you have the support of the justice system to demand equal pay. It may be that you were simply taken advantage of for not demanding more. But that's not a sex issue, that's just allowing yourself to be taken advantage of, which happens to men.

there is no such thing as a wage gap. If there was, companies would ONLY hire women and refuse to hire men to save costs. also this has been extremely illegal decades ago. Now from my own experience every girl I worked with, whatever the job was, always got paid more than me although I would do more work, lifting etc.
An educated women is basically useless. It doesn't mean they are smart. almost more than half the population has a degree. even I do. Women seem to always go for the useless degrees too like gender studies etc. men build cities. men work on plumbing. infrastructure, men work on electricity, men work the MOST dangerous jobs in the world. if ALL men disappeared one day, society would collapse hard. men built the world. you should just be lucky to be living in it.
watch any SURVIVOR show when it's about men vs women tribes. The women do not do much and lay around while the men built there little huts and hunted/fished. It got to the point that the women side was so bad, the women cried to the men for help.
I've worked in predominantly female lead head offices private and public. It is a known fact that and I can personally confirm it that abuse in those offices is mostly female driven. Most women barely work at all, don't know what anyone does and bully any staff female or male in order to keep their positions. Almost every team has the female managers hiring friends/family joining it over vastly most qualified men/women.
It is a proven fact that women have this queen bee syndrome and fight anyone who even comes close to challenging them. I guarantee you if you join any office that is female run you would be lucky to find 1 team out of 6 or 8 that isn't a complete hell hold. Most women feel inadequate in their positions because they only got their jobs because of their gender. The 10-20% of women that are amazing to work with have all been beaten down by other women and bullied. This is what I've seen working with women for 15 years... the reputation that the average women doesn't work as hard as men is TOTALLY EARNED! AND PROVEN go LOOK.

Sure, you could say that millennial women 'try to act more like men' by sleeping with who they want, when they want, not solely when society deems it as 'acceptable' and doing things like actually having a job and making a name for themselves rather than spending day after day cleaning and cooking dinner for their husband to come home to.

I went to one of the highest female/male ratio's universities in North America and when the teacher asked would you rather work with a male boss on a male team vs a female boss on a female team. EVERY SINGLE WOMEN SAID THEY WANTED ON THE MALE TEAM.

It would hurt their ego's too much to see other women talking about how poor new female hire's perform compared to their male counterparts. This is known and I can confirm it to you 100%. If a women is getting bullied in the office I can practically guarantee you it's another women going after her. All women complain they haven't been trained but they've been trained again and again and again and yet don't learn. Yet new hire's mostly men even without degree's in the right field out perform them!!! I've worked with around 200 women in my career and I can confirm over 95% of the problems in the office are women bullying and not performing. For every 1 male underperformer there is 10 female. And the women on this forum know this, if they were running a business with their live savings they would hire men period.

Well, millennial girls are only good for sex, and nothing else. That's why so many guys fuck them and then run afterwards.
Like I said, it's true but it's not all of us that are this way. I still believe in behaving like a proper woman, I don't try to compare myself to men, and I'm not a feminist. I think the man should be the head of the house and I should take care of the home (and kids if we have them).

@Somaliansamson Right on, and I'm seeing it. When I used to go out downtown I was outnumbered by women 4 to 1. I got up for a table once and almost every women fallowed me to the next. They know how screwed they are after 35. They want to think that it's only 5"8 guys saying these things on the forums. Everyone I know is saying the same thing what has happened with women they are absolutely miserable to be around and yes the few sane women will admit this... you would have to be blind ladies not to see what I've seen and women openly brag about cheating on their husbands, about how short they are, how they don't have as much muscle , don't make as much at tables filled with 20 plus of our coworkers.
What should I say to their husbands that won't get them trying to punch me? Hey your wife brags to the entire office "300 people by the way" how lame you are in bed? One of these guys was to marry one of these western female catches I was out with that night 3 months later, while she was getting with the bar tender at that very pub. How we all found out the facebook post of her with a heart around the 2 of them and the new guys picture was a flex pick in front of the gym!!! All the girls were laughing for hours as they based their husbands, or husbands to be... some had kids! These are white coloared women, I've seen this everywhere. HOW HAVE THE WOMEN IN THIS FORM NOT SEEN OR HEARD THIS? Women bragging like crazy everywhere they go is all I've seen it's all known it's out there to see. The good Christian, Buddhist girls too. I would not touch a western women let alone a white one. - Every girl on this forum has friends like this and they are pretending not to know.
