After having male and female participants look at videos of both naked men and naked women, researchers found that self-identified "straight" women became aroused when looking at naked women. However, self-identified straight men were not aroused by naked men.
"Most women responded to both videos of attractive men and women with substantial [genital] arousal as well as pupil dilation," lead researcher Gerulf Rieger of the University of Essex's Department of Psychology told Mic.
What's more, "none of the women, not even straight women, responded more strongly to males than to females," said Rieger, according to cosmopolitan. com.
Researchers concluded that the latest findings suggest that women are never heterosexual.
"Even though the majority of women identify as straight, our research clearly demonstrates that when it comes to what turns them on, they are either bisexual or gay, but never straight," said Rieger, according to The Telegraph.
The latest study involved 345 female participants who were hooked up to eye-tracking and other physiological measuring devices.
The findings are published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.
Trolling aside you ought to take studies with a grain of salt. What many people don't understand is that a study can really only prove a theory in most cases, rarely ever 100% universal fact - at least when it comes to topics such as this. This is because it only deals with a core group of individuals - much like how when showing graphs that deal with percentages, proving one is higher than the other - advertisers will actually start the chart at a higher or lower number so that the scale looks exaggeratedly larger than it is. The only way to conclusively prove that all women are bisexual in reality would be to do this test (and likely various other forms of testing) on every living woman on the planet in order to conclusively say that ALL women are bisexual.
Fun food for thought though: there have been plenty of similar studies and while your findings overlap with pretty much every study out there, the results are of purely physical nature. When it comes to subjective arousal, many straight women reported that they didn't find other women sexually appealing. So, in terms of enjoyable sex, I guess straight women do exist. I don't get why some guys are so obsessed with the idea that women can't be straight.
Well speaking from a biological point of view homosexuality or in fact biosexuality does not exist. This is because women are programmed to like men and visa versa. The only reason for this thing to exist would be a psychological problem.
We dont have adequate technology to measure sexual orientation. Sexual arousal yes, orientation no. Sexual arousal can come from anywhere such as social conditioning, feminism, liberal arts degrees, etc.
Naww the test is flawed because they are using the same metric as they did to study a man response as they do to study a women's response, our brains don't even work the same way so you can compare them like that
