I wouldn't think anything bad of her. cooking isn't a skill that is handed down any more it seems like, not only because of advances in gender roles but also because people simply don't have (or make) the time to do so. I love cooking but I'm not too great at it but the thing is is that I'm learning. it's a great skill to have.

with all that said If she doesn't know how to cook it would be slightly saddening in the fact that I wouldn't have someone to cook with. it's not a requirement for me by any means but it would be nice if my potential significant other knew how. if she's willing to learn, hey great! we can do it together. It's certainly not a deal breaker by any means though and I would not expect a woman to know how to cook. Is it attractive? Absolutely! is it a requirement? not at all.
