well, there isn't always a necessary reason behind it. sometimes my mother also yells. e that I have a glow on my face and I feel nothing. I'm not happy about sometime and nor am I pregnant lol. sometimes when you're relaxed you can look glowing. nothing to worry about. but that depends. are you happy on something or are you trying to get pregnant? those can be the reasons too
