Why did my crush become cold and distant?

i've been talking to this girl for a while, I met her through an app. she's from the same country as I am. we got to met only once and we spent 5 minutes together. then in the next few weeks we're both very sweet and clingy. one day she becomes cold and distant. I ask her why 2 weeks later (she's still like that) and she tells me that people change and it's because of exams. now exams are over and she's still like that. I always text first so I stopped texting her first and now she doesn't texts me anymore. is there any reason why she's like that? or is there any way to get back to those weeks when we were both sweet and clingy?

I have no idea dude. Nobody does. I could list a bunch of hypothetical scenarios but that won't help you much.

Did you do something, anything, that could have made her feel bad or bothered her in some type of way. Something major or even just something minor.

If not I honestly don't know. Don't text her if she doesn't respond.

I'm sorry to say this but sometimes people just lose interest over time. It's not your issue, she's just not meant for you. Find someone more compatible.
