This guy has a girlfriend, but he acts interested in me?

i work with this guy and every time I see him he constantly flirts with me. no matter where I am he will come and find me at work and talk to me or make a joke or poke me or do anything to get my attention.. of course I love it, but he has a girlfriend who works there too! so everyone knows they are dating.. when she's not around though that's when he's worse with his flirty behavior.. when she's around its a bit more subtle but he still tries to get away with it when she's not looking.. they haven't been dating too long but I can't tell though if he likes me or if he's just doing it to have fun since they argue a lot... any advice?

RUN. This guy is trouble. I've had my own run ins with these types of guys. Bad news! If he's going to openly flirt with you when she's there, think about what he'd do if you two ever got together. The EXACT same thing. Promise.

Flirting is fun. I have a girlfriend and I flirt with bunch of girls when I go out to bars. It does not mean I have interest in them.

OF course I will not do that if my girlfriend is around because it's rude.
