16 year old girls showering together?

My sister is 16 years old. Whenever her friend comes over and they have to take showers, they shower together. This is extremely weird in my opinion. Also, neither of them are gay, just to put that out there. I understand being comfortable enough to change in front of your best friend, but naked in the shower together? Does anyone else think this is strange? Opinions? Thanks in advance!

When I was younger, my sister, a cousin and I took shower together, it was like when you go to the beach and people are basically in their undies and bras/bikinis and in the water together.

Look, lady, it's really not that difficult to be healthy, all you need is to no be a complete Numbskull. The key to maintaining good health is diet and exercise. You need to plan your meals, don't eat so much each meal and count your macros (this is very important). A good ratio to shoot for is 10-30% carbs, 40-50% protein, 30-40% fat.
You should really completely remove foods with high fats and sugars; stuff with white flower, fast food...
