I don't know what they are doing but I take long showers too , its nothing for me to take that long , also here its minimum of two serious showers a day , sometimes more dependent on what you are doing , for me I shave , I clean really well , if I ever had 2 minute showers that would certainly just not feel clean at all.

I have longer and thicker hair, so it v takes a bit longer to get my hair all the way wet, shampooed, and rinsed. Then I condition my hair, wash my face, exfoliate my skin, shave my legs, pits, and bikini, wash my bod, and rinse my hair and self. That all takes a good 20-30 min. Add more time for a deep conditioning to keep my hair soft and an additional 15-20 minutes for pre and post shower stuff.
