I'd say there are a series of sharp drops with periods of more gradual decline in between.

Peak attractiveness is 17-20, with a pretty sharp drop immediately after that.
This is followed by a steady decline until somewhere around the early- to mid- thirties, where there's another steep drop (the point at which they no longer look "young", and in many cases have got married and had kids etc, and stopped caring so much).
Then there's another gradual decline, followed by another sharp drop some time much later (the timing of this final sharp drop is a lot more variable, and depends more on lifestyle, genetics, etc, but it's generally some time around the forties or fifties).

A person's "looks" vary greatly depending on their genetics, and on how well they maintain their health.
(eating healthy, daily vitamins, exercise, staying hydrated, not smoking, not spending too much time in the sun prevent cumulative skin damage, not doing drugs, etc)
There is no set age as to when a woman's appearance significantly decreases, as every person is different, both genetically and environmentally/behaviorally.
Some women remain youthful well into their 50s' and 60s', others can seem to wither, sag, wrinkle and gray as early as their mid 20s'.

Generally after 45 - 50. Women in my country take very good care of their skin and so look young. Men look bad in their 35 - 40. They don't take care of them so they look old easily.
Too it all depend of the women is attractive to begin with or not. There's many 40 - 50 years old women more attractive than 20 years old women... It really all depend if they're attractive to begin with or not.

Too if we take an attractive women when she was young and she never let herself go she would still be attractive at 70 years old.

Not true at all, and it's completely different for each gender.

Men, find youth, vitality, and fitness attractive. We are programed this way for reproduction. Instinctually we find young women who can bear healthy children attractive. The older a women gets the less likely she will bare healthy children. (yes, women in their 40's CAN have children, but only with the advent of modern medicine and it's a crap shoot with that.) the younger the more likely healthy children are.

Women find status, wealth, resources, and protection attractive. Instinctually they know that they need to have a man that has the resources to feed them and their baby and the ability to protect them while they are pregnant and unable to do so for themselves. This is why men are more attractive as they get older. They get more established, earn more, and have more to offer the women.

This is why, through out history, older men have always married much younger women and vice versa
