Girl's Behavior

He calls me Mrs. and his wifey what does this mean?

We live together.

Have been together for a year.

When people mistaken me for his wife (which they do all the time) he doesn't correct them.

He jokingly calls me his little wifey or mrs (his last name)...

What does this mean? Does this mean he sees me in his future or does he call me this because we act as if we are married and I do wifey things? He sounds like he likes this idea of me being his wife. What do you guys think? Would you ever call your girlfriend these things if you weren't planning on marrying them one day?
