Do most girls prefer casual sex or relationships?

It seems girls prefer casual sex but maybe I'm wrong. Most girls have multiple one night stands with strangers in between relationships and also many girls cheat in relationships, showing that they don't value relationships. Also, women seem to avoid dating these days and text like 8 guys at one time and be fucking 4 different guys. Girls go out, get drunk, and go home with a stranger a lot. Girls love the thrill and adventure of this, which is why I think girls much prefer casual sex. What do you think?

SO as of right now 87% of you say girls prefer relationships, then why do the majority of women have tons of casual sex with many different guys? Would they not be looking for a relationship?

I think women want relationships. The reason we see such contradictory behavior is due to a lot of females resorting to the easiest form of getting male attention. Also there's another form of female sexual strategy, where if they can't find one male they can rely on, they'll resort to having as many guys as possible to rely on... The Gold Digger vs. Prostitute scenarios. Either way relationships are formed in order receive resources. Money is no longer accessed or provided solely from men so the resources could be other things... attention for instance.

So yeah a special guy could provide her with all the attention she needs... but if he doesn't, "neglected" will be ruled as a good enough reason to seek attention from elsewhere while some my just prefer the attention of 4 guys at once rather than that of just one.

this is super well worded! I agee. It is the easiest way to get attention and that is why they do it... I mean it sounds a lot better to yourself and to others to say 'I just like sex' vs " i really like the attention I get leading up to the sex'

You see in relationships women neglect men in terms of caring for them and showing them love. Girls prefer chatting up random guys than being in a relationship. Women love the physical aspect of casual sex even more than men, they find it thrilling to have a new dick for them

@BrandiSue Exactly, I love your emphasis on 'the attention they get leading up to sex.' The sex itself is used like a carrot at the end of a string dangled in front of the cartoon donkey with a stick. All too often I see couples get into an argument over that guy she says, "is just a friend" or "he's just a really nice guy." The bf/hubby is often baffled as to how she simply ignores why he's so friendly and nice... attentive I should say. In that way many women can lie to themselves for the attention. The same game get played out on social media as a thirst trap, while trying to 'appear' innocent and saying something mundane about her eye liner, the truth is apparent because she's in her underwear... soaking up the 'likes' by the thirsty bros. lol

@Asker Yes some women are like that and ignore that they’ll get out of their relationship what they put into it. It’s simply easier to ride the cock carousel, and receive lots of shallow attention in bulk. But I think it has more to do with that attention than the sex itself. Flaunting the prospect in front of men gets that shallow, easy to get, attention for a moment. I think the reason there’s such a prevalence of so much attention-whoring in current times has a lot to do with not having any deep relationships at all. Maybe not knowing how to form one that lasts, or how to get attention in ways other than using their sex.

Yup, some girls go out and find some strange based on pleasure alone. I've seen them and had sex with them myself when I used to frequent a swinger club. Anecdotally speaking though, from what I've seen the most, I think the majority of them milk the men for attention, during sex as well perhaps. ... and, not all get to the sex at all. They have their nice/friendly guy's following them around, they have their backburner relationships, and other's that are hoping to lock them down because she is flirting after all... none of those guys will ever get her nookie, yet they keep them around or keep them hoping for some reason. I'm saying that reason is the attention.

Some do some don't the attention/sex exchange. Women tend to be focused on the attention part and men on the sex from the start... exceptions to the rule do exist, but I don't think they only do it for the sex the majority of the time.

I think girls like the connection. when a guy is trying to sleep with her he pays attention once he has her doesn't pay as much attention.
Guys are more likely to cheat for physical attraction/connection
girls are more likely to cheat for an emotional connection

I think it also matters where you're meeting these types of girls. You can't really generalize an entire gender as one thing completely. For me personally I would much rather have a relationship, but a vast majority of people I meet right now are into something casual for now. Plus there's nothing wrong with figuring out things and trying stuff.
