Casual sex: Looks, willingness, sexual chemistry and open-mindedness.
Most importantly, must not want anything more, I will not do casual with a "let's see where it goes" girl.

Casual dating: What's that exactly?
Generally speaking, people who I want to date attract me on an emotional and intellectual level, not just physically.
I date them because I want to find out more about them to see if there is potential there.

Relationships: Comes after dating, after I've confirmed that the potential is indeed there and so is their willingness to put in effort to make something last.
The biggest requirement there is that willingness, they can't be flaky, they gotta be sure that I'm the right person for them in their mind.

Not sure I could handle Casual sex since I am pretty clingy. But if so then there wouldn't be any requirements because it's casual sex. Then kinda the same as casual dating.
The thing is I am a person who needs to cuddle and have someone to snuggle on a night. And I cannot have that just be welp whenever it happens it happens.
