Me and my girlfriend have been in a relationship for almost 3 years, but now i think she's cheating on me. She seems to become more distant towards me, gets angry easily, calls are getting low, seems to always mention a guy friend, no more phone sex. I feel so depressed right now guys. Someone tell me something.

I think you have a good reason to worry. I would go see her and talk face to face. Be prepared to stay in a hotel. The fact there is still communication tells me it isn't totally hopeless. She could just be struggling with it right now. Physical contact is an important part of a relationship. It could be something she is missing and it is making her feel resentful.

I think you should set a day to see her or surprise her with a visit. There you should have your answer. I don't know if you two see each other regularly once a month or so. But if that is becoming less frequent then she is missing physical contact, but don’t lose hope yet. She is still talking to you and not ghosting you. A good sign

If you've been with her for almost three years, you should feel comfortable enough ( and you've got the right) to ask her what's going on and let her know you're unhappy with the way things have become. But do so in a non-accusatory way.
