I've had family call me lizard lips. I used to be self conscious as a teen when I learned bigger lips are the thing but hey, we're all self conscious about everything as a teen. I honestly don't care now. With my appearance my thin lips work for me. I don't think bigger lips would suit me at all.

My top lip is much thinner then my bottom, I'm a little unsettled by it but I'd never get fillers to even it out and instead accept it as an imperfect imperfection because to be beautiful you mustn't be perfect or flawless because that equals fairness if that makes sense?

If someone is self-conscious about their lips, there is always makeup.

I suppose my lips are medium sized and full enough, I don't use makeup to make them appear bigger. They are very light and pink tough, so I feel they require attention sometimes.

i wish my top lip was slightly smaller than my bottom so it would look a bit more proportionate, like a korean pop star, though they are notorious for their surgery.

I have thin lips but not this thin they are a little more full and I don’t hate it or anything but i do use nide lipsticks cause they make lips larger or light colors make lips fuller and dark colors make them smaller so stay away from that

My bottom lip is not at all thin as compared to my top. First I used to be very self conscious about it but with time I have come to terms with it. All I can do is to take proper care of them and that's what I have been doing.
