False accusations rarely make it to the court. We live in a technological era. It's not that difficult to find out the truth.

Where I live, there is anonymity granted to both defense and accused. Therefore, false accusations that make it to court don’t ruin lives. There is no deterrent where I live for false accusation as most rape cases are thrown out due to lack of evidence. It doesn’t mean the victim was lying, it just means there wasn’t enough proof. Victims shouldn’t be thrown in jail for what appears to be false accusations either.

This injustice wasn't cruel enough for women to be satisfied, so they moved the goalpost. Now, by law, all it takes for consensual sex to instead be rape, is her withdrawing consent after the fact for any or no reason.

The same laws apply. Falsifying a police report is a felony, I think. or at least a misdemeanor.
It's non law people who are taking it too far, by firing from accusations alone. It's from the times today, but times change. It always does.

Continuing this, the accusations are only retracted after the female admits they were false. Which they wouldn't do if they were going to be punished for it.

Most of these women aren't little inocent lambs they know that their ass and looks will get them ahead. When there is only 2 people involved it is your word against hers, no witnesses. A lot of these men are probably guilty but the damn woman ain't completely inocent either.

Nothing to stop them making false allegations but police etc do check it out and look for proof, they do not just take the woman's word for it.

They even made it easier to convict any man of rape for what was, at the time, consensual sex. All they have to do is withdraw consent after it happened. They don't even need a reason.

Not sure about that. I have helped a lot of men who have been accused and a lot of women who have accused, and they have all been thoroughly investigated and as far as possible. If it was consensual with someone under age then it is obvious that they were too young and it should not have happened, when you are too young you are not in a fit state to say yes or no, and some men try to take advantage of the girl who likes to believe she is a woman.

I am not American, I am British and have never even been to America. And I have helped dozens of men who have been accused. It sounds like you have been accused and now hate women, which is rather silly. Do not assume that all women are the same as the one you had bad experiences with. We could say the same about men. Women could read your posts and assume that all of the other men here are as biased, hateful and resentful as you.

Do false murder accusations make up 2% of of all murder accusations? No. It's nowhere near that skewed and there's a shit load of evidence that false rape claims make up closer to a third of all accusations.
