Why can’t feminists acknowledge and own up to the heinous reality that false accusations DO happen?

Besides the recent case of Johnny Deppe and Amber Heard there are other horrifying stories of this happening.

One of the notable incidents was the story of Brian Banks. He was a 17 year old HS football star who was falsely accused by a 15 year old Wanetta Gibson that he dragged her into a stairwell and raped her. She and her mother later used the incident to sue the school district for $1.5 million dollars and they won.

Meanwhile Brian Banks was forced to either plead not guilty and face 41 years to life if he lost. His lawyer made a plea deal that lead him to getting locked up for 6 years followed by 5 years of very strict probation. He had to register as a sex offender. All hopes of him getting a football scholarship were obviously décimated.

When he got out of prison Wanetta Gibson reached out to him on Facebook to make a “bygones by bygones”. Banks hired a PI and had her secretly recorded. She confessed that she lied.

Banks used this evidence to get his case overturned and removed from the sex offender registry. Gibson was also sued by the school district to pay back the money she herself swindled. However already spent it all.

Anyway this was a very unique case because inadvertently Gibson blew her own cover. My guess is she thought she could discreetly relieve her almost nonexistent conscious with a verbal “apology” to Banks. She probably was also paranoid that Banks would seek violent revenge (who could blame him?). However she really thought a private “apology” was good enough.

Anyway Wanetta Gibson never had ANY criminal charges filed against her oxygen wasting ass. She will never be able to pay back the money she stole.

At least her identity is made public. But I don’t remember this story being mentioned on any national news outlets.

Just wondering if Gibson didn’t reach out to Banks what would of happened? Likely nothing.

Because Feminism is primarily about protecting women from accountability. It always has been.

Look at Erin Pizzey, who any honest person would call a hero. She founded the first battered women's shelter, and made a place for these desperately needy people (and their kids) to stay while they either got away from, or worked to improve, a horrible situation. Who could complain about that?

Feminists could. Pizzey was praised by them (as you'd expect)- up until she started pointing out that these women weren't all innocent angels being destroyed by awful men. Many had mental or social problems of their own, and abuse was (and still is) rarely one-sided.

You'd think the Feminist movement would acknowledge that, evet if it mean blaming the men who abused them, but no- tdey refused to accept, or allow Erin to say, that there was anything wrong with thene womet, even when it meant endangering other residents of the shelter. When she made it clear she wouldn't be intimidated, the murder attempts began; she was eventually driven from the country, and became one of the movement's harshest critics, which she remains to this day.

Femenism isn't about women; it's about the Cause of women, and once you understand that, its actions make a LOT more sense.

Why? Because it threatens their protected victim status, and feminist only care about women, not men.

Any honest detective in any major city in the US will tell you that a large percentage of rape charges are dropped before they ever reach the courts due to lack of evidence. Feminists try to use that as proof that a lot of rapist get off the hook, but they will never acknowledge the fact that it also means a majority of false accusers also get off the hook. Law enforcement doesn't have the time or resources to "waste their time" investigating the vast majority of false accusations because they know it's typically impossible to prove a rape DIDN'T happen, so they just dismiss the charges and close the case. But the fact is in many or most cases when there is a lack of evidence, there is no evidence because there was never a rape in the first place.

Feminists are right when they say that statistics show false accusations are uncommon, and that is because the statistics are based on false accusations that are proven to be false, but as I explain above the vast majority of false accusations are never investigated, and thus never proven to be false, so they are never reflected in the statistics. It's a big fat feminist lie.

The twisted irony is that this ultimately harms women. This will make it harder for people to trust true victims. That simple logic just doesn’t compute for modern feminists.

Anyway women aren’t that stupid but the most vocal and prominent more often than not are “feminists”. They always get the most attention.

There is no way to be sure. But I can tell you right now there are innocent men sitting in prison because of this. They are disproportionately black.

There is an old saying that “it is better for 10 guilty people to walk free then to let one innocent person suffer” by Sir William Blackstone. Feminists have this “oh it’s rare so who cares” attitude towards wrongful convictions. That is disgusting. If they truly cared about “gender equality” they would be more pissed off than anyone else.
