I dont smile all the time. Only when I’m happy with the person im talking to. I try to appear more friendly but there's no reason for me to smile, and when i dont smile i look like a psycho murderer planning to kill someone.(Seriously though someone told me that). Anyway, people (both guys and girls) often tell me “if only i knew you’re nice and friendly sooner. U just look so intimidating to talk to, and u never smile so u seem really unapproachable.” Or if not they always hit me with the i have a resting bitch face. Well not in those exact words cos they all say it in a different way. But i won't change what i look most of the time, i like how i make friends lol. And tbh i just dont get amused by the most simple things for me to smile. I wish i am though. But when mood strikes with the right people im the most immature one in the squad. No im not proud of it lol

I wouldn’t say they’re intimidating. I just don’t think people would want to know them, because they don’t look like fun or interesting people.
Provided that lack of smiling doesn’t look sad. If she looks sad I’d go talk to her 😂

No of course not. Why should a guy judge a girl just by the way she looks when you see her for the first time? For all you know she could be the most friendly person you'll ever meet. Example: @naijagurl

tbh every girlfriend so far that didn't smile was part psycho. A smile even a smirk is reassuring that she is not wacko. Smile is a form of expression and communication. Intimidating NO, repellent, possibly.

No, it's more of a turnoff than anything. Smiling can always make a person much more attractive. See the difference on how much more attractive she looks when smiling? (Yes, I'm aware her being pretty helps, but whether a person is ugly or not smiling always make a person look 10x more attractive)

Intimidating is the wrong word.
I'd use the word off-putting. It's more like: if you look like a bitch, men are more likely to avoid you because they don't want to be bitched at. If you look happy and smiling, men are going to be more likely to approach you because they don't think you're going to verbally abuse anyone who talks to you. I assume that the same is true for women, but women are into some weird stuff I'll never understand, like 50 Shades of Grey, so I have no idea.

Not "intimidating", but you don't exactly want to approach. There's a difference. It makes you think they don't want to be approached, are angry, or upset, unfriendly possibly? Not interested in you etc. Unhappy in general (who wants to be with someone that's depressed all the time?).

It's not intimidation though, it's assuming she doesn't want to be approached or around anyone.

Not at all, one of the nicest girl i have ever met never smiled and was going to something for commiting a crime and she was really nice and not intimdating at all, so a girl who don't smile isn't at all.

No, not really you just need to be with them at the right time even when they're not smiling you'll know what it is that really gave her that face. And you will be the first she will smile with. If at all you're a funny guy and you show her a lot of concern. She can only be intimidating when she feels like your opinion about her is not a good one. Maybe you always make a jog anytime you see her passing. Believe me! You dont wanna hear whats stuck in her chest for you
