I'm getting some interesting responses, it's great, I personally like expressive ladies, this idea of screaming is not necessarily the a literal noisey or annoying woman, but I left the question open to interpretation of purpose.

Look at mythology: you have the literal loud goddesses like Hera, or you have quiet ones like Persephone who was loud with her ability (goddess of spring).

The others are meek or haven’t found themselves. Encourage their inner goddess.

Well I’m certainly not the quite type, but not do I scream and I’m certainly not a goddess.

Having just watched the Notorious RBG’s documentary on her life and successful litigation before the Supreme Court over a dozen times, I have to say, that for women quiet and meek with a long game wins every time.

If you want to be “accepted” by your male counterparts and for in than boisterous and loud works in the short term. But you will never be truly accepted amongst those men. You’ll still be passed over.

Trying to fit in is never good in my experience. It feels easier and like you are accomplishing something but you aren’t.

When one yells, people stop listening and become disengaged. Gain trust and respect through words and actions.

I don’t make a good first impression , always, when meeting new coworkers because I don’t play to politeness game and am pretty quiet until I get a read on the situation which takes time.

But I do always gain the respect of my colleagues in the end due to my knowledge and willingness to help others by thoroughly answering their questions and giving them reference material.

Women aren’t allowed to scream and demand yet still be credible like men.
