Anime beauty is almost unachievable in reality.

Take the picture as an example.
Women would have to:
Exercise so much to get those muscles
Be born with the correct genetics for the breast size.
Have ridiculous amounts of Bodily cleanliness for perfect skin.

Sure I wouldn't mind if it was achievable but realistically it's not.

Yes I do think humans can evolve to look like that.

But I think Japanese women breast size increasing is a because of a different reason.

You must know a bit about Japan's history. They had a giant period of no outside contact.

Japan's genetic variation is very small, hence their people look very similar. As well as classic Japanese women not have big breasts.

Japanese people have , in the span of things, only just been able to experience non Japanese. That is why they like western people so much as it is seen as new.

Hence Japanese people are getting genetics from races with large breasts such as russians and Europeans.

Thus an increase in average breast size is logical
