Why doesn't she greet me anymore? Is it my turn?

She used to greet me me everytime she first saw me with a hello, and I feel like we have started talking more and becoming friends. Well recently she no longer does it. It makes me a little worried. Is this normal? Does she want me to do it? I have been kind of relying on her to start the conversations until this point.

I’ve actually been having this exact problem with a guy. I use to always initiate, but when I started to develop feelings for him and he wasn’t initiating, I just stopped initiating. I don’t want to annoy him, so yes she is waiting for you to initiate. Any relationship/friendship takes two to tango. It’s your turn. Plus, your the guy so please lead. It’s an attractive trait on a man. ;)
