There is this woman at work we used to get along and considered a friend. Whom i talked even after work via messages. But she liked to s#ittalk me behind my back, so i pulled away. I was thinking if you think im such a bad person then maybe i should taking a step back and reconsider who are my friends - i did not say anything to her about it but now she seems upset and does not even say hello to me :-/ She has not talked to me almost a year now. I dont know if i wanna be friends with her anymore but as coworkers we need to talk each other in order to work and should have common courtesy.

It may be a cliche expression, but it appears this girl is not a keeper and that you should try and move on. There is a good chance that (assuming she was aware of your emotions) she likes the attention and control of the situation she maintains, rather than talking to (YOU) the person she is talking to.

However you have mentioned that you are coworkers, if you do wish to maintain the relationship (at least in a professional stance), make it clear that her words and actions are upsetting you and that you no longer wish to be treated that way. If her behaviours persist, it’s probably best to forget and move on.

She’s not talking to you because you’re not talking to her, that’s really all it is. If you need to talk for work then I don't know how you’ve managed to go so long without communicating but regardless, just break the ice and speak about work related things. Shit talking people are. Not. Your. Friends. So don’t put much thought behind it, talk when you need to and leave it at that.
