She doesn't say "hello" anymore...What does this mean?

Whenever I wasn't with my friends, this girl always came up to me and said hello. I responded and then she asked how are you. I always answered in a not-at-all funny way but she always giggled right after and smiled and looked at me in the eye. Now, she doesn't even say hello anymore even when I'm not with my friends. What does this mean? By the way, she's not my friend and I hardly ever speak to her (I never start conversations with her) and I am interested in her but I never showed it.

Re-read your last sentence.especially the last 4 words.

that's why! As you stated earlier, she used to come up to you and try and start a conversation, [when you weren't with your friends, meaning she is a lil' bit shy I would assume] and since you "never start conversations with her" she didn't think you were interested in her, so she gave up, but hey its obvious that she liked [or likes] you so I think that if you like her, you should go for it! you'll probably get her!

She's probably given up hope already. If you've never started a conversation with her, you're probably one of the shy people like me. I'm trying to break out of that, and you probably can too. You really don't have anything to lose if you just go up and talk to her. Say exactly what she's been saying to you. And don't forget to smile. That's absolutely contagious.

The reasons he stopped talking to her is because you never showed her that you we're intrested in her . . . She probley still likes you go talk to her and just ask her out

She probably liked you then, and may still like you now. You should jump on this opportunity and ask her out, or just ask her to chat, to get to know her. Some girls will giggle stupidly after a guy she really likes, talks to her. (I used to do that in 8th grade) Unless she's dating another guy, which could also be the reason why she isn't talking. But If you don't have the guts to ask her, have a friend do it. (I did that once in 7th) Hopefully this helps!
