My work crush walked into the break room while we were on break. We made eye contact and smiled at eachother, i then said "hi" but she didn't respond and looked around for snacks.
She is a shy introverted person, but was it just her being shy, or not being interested? or am i just overthinking it?
Heavens, does this woman even KNOW you like her? Have you talked to her about hanging out? Even a shy person who is interested will respond to interest from someone they could consider.
The only reason you're overthinking this is that YOU KNOW NOTHING!!! Make it clear to this woman, in the gentlest of ways, that you'd like to have coffee on her off day, or take a walk, or something mild and minor in a public place. If she says "No," then take this as the final word on her DISinterest and leave her alone and find someone else.
Work is usually not the best place to find SOs. If the relationship goes south, you have to see this person repeatedly. Isn't so great. Do a little more work and use meetups or other two-way interest sites where something in common is the basis of you possibly going out, or finding friends who can fix you up.
Didn't hear you? Too awkward to respond? Usually you'll know if people are choosing to ignore you to your face.
You are overthinking it. Next time say "Hi ". If she still doesn't respond then leave it alone.

Doesn't matter. You're at work to work. Stop with the work crush thing -- this isn't high school. Workplace relationships crash and burn at best (at worst they impact your job). Be glad she didn't say hi and move on from all this.
Anything is possible & it’s possible she didn’t hear you or doesn’t want to be bothered. Instead of the boring hi change it up a little & try something different like the following.

Maybe she didn't hear you. Next time ask a question like how are you doing? instead of just saying Hi.
