Why would he come to my job with his new girlfriend?

I used to talk to this guy last month and it was all going good. Then he posted a girl on his page saying he loved her then posted on his story that he was hacked. I asked him if he had a girlfriend and he said no look at my story. Then a week later I asked him if he still wanted to talk because he didn’t respond for like a day on iMessage. Then On ig he texted me and said he had a girlfriend. So fast forward today he comes to my job with his girlfriend to eat knowing I worked there and acted awkward and looked at me. Like why Tf did you come to my job when they’re other places to go.
Why would he come to my job with his new girlfriend?
