Are girls who wear short dresses and skirts seeking anything other than attention?

When I wear skirts or dresses I wear them because I'm feeling good about myself, I don't wear them for the sole purpose of getting attention.
I mean guys are gonna look one way or the other and then they'll be like, "oh she's wearing that just to get attention."
But here's the thing you can see the different between girls who wear them for attention and wear them just to wear them.
Lmao
I'm quite a dressy person myself. I like to look good, and I like seeing others appreciate it too. Does this mean I like attention? Probably. Who doesn't? But I do dress for the occasion. Even if I prefer short skirts and dresses, I don't dress trashily. For example,

This is exactly this kind of thing I'd wear day to day, it's casual and classic, but the leather is little sexy and eye catching. (Can you tell I'm really into fashion)
I think all women should dress like the 1800s. Totally attractive. That’s sarcasm. If women want to show off their looks and want to feel beautiful then more power to them. I do believe that if they are in a serious relationship that they should at least adjust it a little to show that they are not available.
What's wrong with just wanting to look good?
There's nothing better than a self-confident woman, whether she's wearing a formal gown, a tight business skirt, a bikini, or anything in between. I don't judge them. I just appreciate them. They are like sunshine. They bring joy to a drab world.

I wear clothes that probably seem like im trying to grab attention all the time, im not. I actually feel like its kind of a rebelling type thing against how everyone just dresses plain and normal and i get a kick out of wearing more shocking revealing clothes. I've always been like this and see nothing wrong with it. If it bothers people (girls), idc. If guys stare, cool.
No, not at all. At least, not in my case.
I wear a lot of skirts and dresses because I think they look pretty and they fit with my style, which is pretty girly and feminine. I think they can look flattering too :).
Don't get me wrong : sometimes if I'm trying to catch someone's attention I might slightly alter my style by going for something slightly sexier but all in all it's still my style. That rarely happens, though.
I love dressing for myself and looking sexy for myself <3 It makes me feel confident and deep down it is me sticking my middle finger to those who hurt me. I'm still really hurt, but trusting in God that I will forgive someday. I was bullied when I was younger and have been in abusive relationships where they lowered myself esteem. One even called me ugly and fat.
Every dress every person wears, man or woman, is for portraying themselves without having to speak. Every person wants to be seen, that is why we CHOOSE our clothes and don't just wear any piece of fabric we can find. The purpose of clothes is not just to cover our bodies anymore.
No that’s not generally the case. I dress in a way that suits me and the day or occasion. Admittedly I don’t wear skirts or dresses anywhere near as short as I once did but there’s still a lot of life left in me!!
many are just seeking comfort... the seeking attention argument is often used by rapist by the way... ooo she was asking for it m'lud. doesn't stand up in court anymore.
Maybe for attention maybe for fashion maybe yolo maybe cause it was the only thing in their closest. I don't know... Depends on the person and place they're going with the short clothing?
Maybe I just like them that's why I wear them lol and sometimes for attention yes
What do you mean anything other than attention? People wear clothes to wear them, that's what skirts and dresses are for.
We're seeking a good outfit
Yea but i mean skirts that are almost butt level.
Huh? When I wear dresses it's usually just for a formal event, not because I want people to look at me.
It's not always the case darling
Sometimes they can be be but mostly its just that they want to dress up nice and they are confident and comfortable enough to wear short dresses or skirts
Some of them are. Some of them aren't. Maybe they just felt like wearing it or it makes them feel like a bad bitch.
And this is why I avoid wearing anything than jeans when I go out... 🤦🏻♀️
People like you are very quick to assume.
Maybe some, but in general it’s because they make us feel sexy personally, and/or we like turning heads.
Do guys wear tank tops and shorts for the attention of women?
Shorts no, tank tops I personally don't, but most do do it for attention
@dontgofalling Ok
If i were a girl i would wear a short skirt caus i was tryin get a cool breeze on my hoohah
Yes short dress and skirts are easier. to move in sadly it doesn't draw perverts but that's really it sometimes it's better to be comfortable then to worry about what other people think of u
Sometime and sometimes it’s nice to dress up to look nice.
Maybe they just felt like wearing it🤷♂️
Maybe they just want to feel a certain way. People dress up for many reasons.
Maybe sometimes but I think a lot of times no. I think women think about it a lot less than we give them credit for,
70% is attention.
In 30% its made up lies and stuffs like that.😂
Its a question of style not of seeking attention. I hope it is 😂😂😂
Let's be honest here, women who wear short skirts may say they don't do it for the attention but they do. Of course they do.
No absolutely not, why on earth would we?
Nice
It looks nice and maybe it's a warm day. It's 23°C and I'm wearing quite short shorts now after a long time. I don't do it to get attention. 😃
No. They're all sluts.
They just want to lure people into degeneracy.
They want to be seen with lustful eyes.
Just stay away from such women.
Not all are that way bro
Whatever.
If they're revealing abnormal amount of skin as a "style" or "fashion" or for looking sexy, then I just stay away from them.
Even if they do that to attract guys. So what? I like to wear tight shirts that show off my arms and chest to attract girls. Both sexes like to do this
Some of the women's clothes do not resonate with my feelings of respect for women..
And the women who choose to wear those..
I stay away from them.
They are mostly clothes that directly* serve the purpose of attracting men. They're often revealing and considered "sexy"
The problem is not with the amount of skin displayed, but with the "style of the clothes"
If they want to be seen like that..
But I do not want to see them like that..
They should just stay away from me. I don't like to look at them. And I don't like to talk with them. They can just go away...
What guys do or not is their problem.
I see girls as potential mates and therefore I think about them.
You might be doing it for attracting women, but I believe men shouldn't be concerned about their looks.
When I see men who are self conscious about their looks... I think.. They are just acting like women..
The term "girly boys" suit them well.
Do whatever you want. I just prefer to be simple and try to look good.
Men's power is not related to their attractiveness.
There are many men who like "stability" in women's clothing styles.
Women just won't understand it because of the opportunities that they have.
Their lack of belief in men makes them think that they don't have the "freedom" to wear clothes of their choice.
They argue with their fathers and husbands for this "freedom".
Only if they believed in men, they would understand that
A father or a husband will also be unhappy if their wife or daughter can't wear a beautiful only because of them.
"Seen like that". Like what? Like hot girls? There is nothing wrong in them wanting to show some skin.
If you don't like it fine don't look.
It's possible for guys to look and keep thinking rationally you know? We don't get hypnotized or something it's just eye candy.
Being attractive gets you girls. That is power my friend. It's not the only form of power we have but it's one of them. A guy that is not attractive at all will never get a girl.
You still don't understand.
I said that problem is not with skin, but the "style" of clothes. And I don't know how to explain it.
I would say no. Dresses are. just cute.
To the guys? Yes. I mean as guys we will look.
Could be that they feel insecure
They're just seeking attention from other women.
I do and I like breaking necks.
It’s show for our eyes.
tHeY wAnnA feEL tHeMseLveS 🤣
Aka "insecurity"
Nope only attention
Comfort and attention.
Nope
No they aren't
