What was the best compliment you’ve received?

I don't usually think much about compliments on my physical appearance... I get it often from the opposite sex that I wonder if they are genuine or they must have said the same thing to other female.

But one time one my little cousin suddenly held my hand, looked at me in eyes and told me "you are pretty." It was genuine and it made me feel so good because children don't lie.

I want to be anon or else people will say I'm conceited.

I underwent a style transformation in college in late 2012 when I felt ugly and no one noticed me. I came in one Monday morning into class (after a weekend of shopping) where classmates were settling before a professor came in, and low and behold, not only did I have people looking at me and beaming & whispering, but my crush turned to me & bluntly said “I’m gonna be brutally honest with you, Ste, you’re looking kinda hot!” 😍😍😍

I don't really get compliments 😂 but a recent good one was when someone told me that I'm not as ugly as I think I am. Hasn't changed my view but it did make me feel a bit more confident 👌😅

I volunteer at an elderly people's home on the weekend. On elderly woman, thought I couldn't hear her when she said to her friend 'Wow that girl's beautiful' I turned and said thank you, she looked at me in horror and said 'You weren't supposed to hear that!' LOVE LOVE her so sweet and genuine.

I don't think anyone has ever said any of those things in that image to me. I frequently get compliments on my get up and style due to my peacockin'. Some say I'm ambitious.. or that I'm "really goin' for it" whatever that means. Occasionally people say I'm clever. That's it really.

I helped my parents to fix their garage roof. It was hot on the dark roof in the sun, but we changed the steel sheets while one day. I came home at 11 PM in had no desire to take a shower because I was tired. I came quite on toe tips into bed, but my woman woke up, cuddled and embraced me. I told her, "better, don't that I stink because I'm sweaty". She said "no, you smell like a man" and her embrace became closer and stronger.
