I feel like my boyfriend could do better..does anyone else ever feel like that?

I don't think much of myself..and think that my boyfriend could be with a better looking,successful woman..I don't want to feel this way..but I do.I always feel like he's going to meet some gorgeous model or something and then there's me out the door..

Does anyone ever feel like their not good enough for their partner,or that their partner could do better?

It's just insecurity. Its's not about your boyfriend, it's a personal issue for you, feeling you are unworthy.

If he likes you, you satisfy his needs & he satisfies yours (support each other, "be a man"/ "be a woman"/ keep that tension/ fun in the relationship, love eachother), and if he's not a jerk who'd cheat, you have nothing to worry about. There must be someting about you that he likes, otherwise he wouldn't be wtih you.

Look, don't carry this insecurity into your relationship. This may be a turn off (in the same way as if a guy was all insecure and clingey around you, you'd probably be turned off). Just don't worry! He chose you, didn't he! Be confident, because it will show how you feel.

Value yourself, learn who you are, and let it shine. That's the most attractive thing. Show who you are. That will attract good men. And it will attract the man who is attracted to you for who you are. They will not want to be with some model just because they are good looking. There are good looking people everywhere. Who cares! The right man for you will want to be WITH YOU! :)

In my experience, it takes the attraction to start a relationship. Unless it is from a dating site without pictures and lots of emails, I've got to have an initial physical attraction. Once in a relationship, and after starting to genuinely care about a girlfriend then looks are a lot less important. Shared interests, beliefs, and life goals are more important to me than looks.

On the other hand, I've been in relationships where I felt like I was out of my league in the looks department.

Yea, several times in the past, including girls I liked at the time,but if they love you, nothing you can do except either accept it or decline it, the heart gets what the heart desires =) just love him
