Why do some girls have to say to everyone that they only have sex with black guys, a friend of my brother does this all the time, why?

So my brother is friends with this girl and in group chats on Facebook she mentions regularly out of the blue that she only wants to have sex with black guys. Every time she does this a lot of guys end up leaving these various chats because she is becoming very descriptive.

I am wondering why she does this?

I'm going to assume there are no black guys around. If there are, then maybe she wants to have sex with them. However, I know the type of woman you describe.

It's obviously an attempt to get under your skin. Maybe she feels inadequate and making that statement puts her in control. The "you can't fire me because I quit" type of deal. You can't possibly turn her down because you're not her type.
