These are the kind of black girls I WANT to date. (The girl second to last, is mixed). The kinds of black girls that approach me are lame and ugly. but, these kinds of black girls only date black guys. Why? What can i do to attract them?

Well because, most of us love our black men. There's just something about a black man. There so confident and have this sort of swagger about them. They walk like a king and they just come in a variety of shades. Being a light skinned black girl I love black men. I love every color they come in. There's something about the chocolate men tho lol. I don't know if it's the contrast of our skin complexion but, I notice a lot of black women love chocolate men lately. However, I'm still open to dating men of every race. If he's hot he's hit. His skin complexion doesn't make him any more or less...

No, it's not a misinterpretation, "Fortunately, there are plenty of black women out there who like diversity in their men. " specifically pushes the front of diversity as a responsibility through phrasing that represents choice, that is they choose not to diversify, versus preference (as you express it) which implies a natural state that is beyond one's choosing.

@Entity I see what you're saying: that my words are ambiguous as to whether the preference for one race over another is inherent or whether one has conscious control over such preferences. By implying that one doesn't have conscious control over such preferences, I imply that there is a flaw in their character. Such a reading is a misinterpretation of my words. Though I understand now why you said the phrasing was terrible. The limiting factor is that I'm writing to an audience of high schoolers. I don't expect them to read into it as much as you. I don't think you know what an Ad hominem is since there are none present. Actually they are really rare.
