Why do my crush and her friends act weird around me?

I like this girl who I’m pretty sure knows I like her. I see her staring and sneaking glances at me from far away however, up close she doesn’t look at me.

Thing is her and her friends act weirdly around me when I’m walking past. Sometimes they’ll just burst out laughing when they notice me when we walk past each other in school. For example, I’ve sat opposite her and her best friend (by chance) who then started whispering to her and elbowing her to tease her.

I’m pretty sure this girl likes me but I’m slightly doubtful incase they are taking the piss out of me. Any ideas?

Hey, I can imagine that you can be Lost in this situations. Don’t let it get to you. Maybe she is into you and they are trying to push her towards you. Ask her out If you’re up for that. Or just start a conversation but when she is ALONE. Sometimes we act differently when we are with friends. There are just too many inside jokes. Be strong and play your game

Because they know your crushing on her. She is only tolerating what her friends do. But for the most part she doesn't like it. She is only staring at you because your staring at her.
