Apologize for drunken behavior

Last night I was at a party with friends. Midway into the night three girls showed up with another one of our friends. The three of them were kind of stuck together so I ended up talking with them for most of the time. As time went on I got a lot drunker, them slightly. As time waned on I was talking and getting closer to one in particular and when I rested my head on the table, my hand slid down from her arm to her leg. while keeping a conversation with her friends. No one stopped me, though it was probably obvious to her and her friends, but now I feel bad. I don't actually know this girl and the amount I was leaning on her I feel bad for, despite the fact that everyone was smiling.

The real question is, should I tell her I am sorry? I am but I am not. I am sorry if I made her uncomfortable, but what I did was due to drunkenness.

Dont say anything to them, you were drunk so what happens all the time, you may get slack from your friends but just hey man I was drunk. They know you were drunk, why would apologize you didn't do anything wrong all you did was put your hand on a girls leg who cares, its not like you tried to rape the girl.

The only time you should say something is if your friend calls you and goes yeah that girl you were hitting on is completely freaked out right now what did you do to her, then you should say tell her I was drunk and didn't mean to make her feel uncomfortable, no one said anything or tried to stop me how was I was supposed to know. Then play it off and say oh well she'll get over it, you know she liked it.

I think you should just be like "hey sry for the way I acted last night things got a little crazy and I may have had a little too much to drink. I'm sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable at all. Then throw in a joke like you can beat my ass if you wnt or something flirty to up lift the situation, so it's not so akward afterwards.

As for the kid who said ur raping bitches.woah you need to RELAX. He said he went from the arm sliding to her leg, not sliding to her cooter, chill out.

Well, it sounds like she didn't mind your advances, so it probably isn't a big deal. She probably knows you were drunk. Do you like her? What do you really have to feel bad about?

I wouldn't make a big deal about it. If you like her, ask her out and do something where you she sees you sober. If it was just a momentary thing, you don't need to pretend it never happened, but a big apology would probably just make her uncomfortable. Maybe make some joke about it, but nothing big.

Yes you should apologize. It is a respect factor. You may have been drunk and everyone may have been smiling, but a girl needs to know that she is respected. I would just explain to her that you are not usally like that and if you are interested in her offer to make it up by taking her to dinner or something. Women tend to be forgiving.

It may be good thing to apologize because if it did make her uncomfortable this would show her that your not some creep who touches other woman while drunk.

Apologize, but be brief; don't simper or grovel.

What you REALLY need to do, though, is learn your limit; a drunken minute can blow a sober month's work.
