Girls, Why do girls make it out to be so easy for average looking guys?

I told a girl I was really bad looking and she she didn’t believe me so I posted a picture and she goes you are far from ugly and you’re average but the reality is no girl wants a average guy and if what she’s saying is true it makes all the sense why I can’t find a girlfriend why my self esteem sucks

Yeah, sounds like a self-esteem issue, my dude. I'm the same tbh. I wanna say I'm ugly, but i realize I'm just average. Here's the secret to success tho. Don't give people ideas. If you ever mention to someone you're insecure about your looks - even if they never even thought about judging it before, now you've given them a prompt. Don't do it, man. In a polite society noone is gonna say bad shit about your looks and for a person with self-esteem issues - it's better to fool yourself into being confident. Fake it till you make it!

There is nothing wrong with an average guy. That means that you're attractive enough NOT to be ugly which is fine for plenty of women. An average guy is alright with me. I personally would not choose a guy that is 8 or above even if I could get them.

Here’s the thing my self esteem will never let me date under those standards I believe people deserve the best of stuff if they have worked for it and that translates to dating as well and I don’t fit the bill of being the best I don’t want some women with me out of sympathy or pity I already have really low self esteem
