I can't tell if this is a genuine question or if you're being transphobic. But if you genuinely mean a man that's been castrated, I'm guessing no. Because he's a man. (Technically I'm bi. So I'm not sure how that applies in my case.)

If you're being derogatory and referring to trans women as castrated men, than the answer is yes. Because they're women.

Lesbians are homosexual females attracted to females exclusively, not males of any kind. If a lesbian is dating a male she is either A. Actually bisexual or B. Doing it because she feels forced to and isn't actually enjoying it/attracted to him.
