I would say she prioritizes her health and fitness, not just her appearance. She also cares about being reasonably educated and strives to attend colleges that are different from cookie cutter state schools -- in whichever way is best for her.

And I guess she would be authentic and authentically kind. Which is to say, she can be totally unfiltered and still fun to be around because she's genuinely kind.

She would not feel compelled to follow trends unless she actually liked the trend, and would express herself authentically regardless.

And, I suppose she would not allow herself to become codependent.

I think a high value woman looks good of course but doesn’t have that “my shit don’t stink” attitude. She’s a humble, go-with-the-flow kind of person that isn’t a lot of drama. She’s just happy to be doing what she’s doing with you. Open minded. Like if you suggest trying a new restaurant or activity, she’s either 100% down or she’s just like “that sounds great, but I’m really up for something else tonight, but let’s do it tomorrow” or something.

Just communicate and don’t throw a fit and act spoiled rotten when something doesn’t go your way, or you disagree, or don’t want to do something. I can’t stand that in women. Total mood killer. Like just chill. Enjoy life.
