Sometimes I visit my female friend. She never wears a bra at home, but usually, her outfit is quite decent. But one of her t-shirts is tight and hugely see-through, like the one on the pic:

When I see her wearing it I can't stop staring and I always think about whether she does this on purpose. She can wear it not only when I come but in front of other people too (for instance, delivery guys or servicemen).

A lot of times, they might know the material isn't the thickest, but they think it covers enough. Lighting in the bedroom when you're getting dressed can be different from lighting elsewhere, and she might not be aware how see-thru something is.

That said, just at home, she likely doesn't care. She's home and comfy.

Light is a funny. How a camera captures light is different from our eye do and the type of light can have a effect too. But in your case if this it mostly her being comfortable at home and you need to relax.

I had a grey t shirt that I only wore once with a red bra underneath it. I didn't realise that it it was almost transparent until a friend told me at the very end of the day.
I didn't wear it again.
