Not unless it's a sports bra or a bralette, but even then I still prefer not to. They're pretty constricting and sleeping in bras can ruin the padding and underwire.

Sometimes my arms hurt so much that I can't lift my arms to take my whatever I'm wearing off. That's just how things are for me.
