@strraku alimony and child support. Some women lie about using contraceptive just so that they get pregnant in order to collect child support money. Sometimes men even have to pay child support for kids that are not theirs but the courts don't let them prove that they're not the fathers. And all the taxes that men have to pay which go to taking care of single mothers who can't even take care of their kids.
Just say something by using ur mind, why the court will not give any chance to prove tht he is father of tht child or not and if the court doesn't five chance to prove it thn after the decision is taken the person can file a pil over tht woman there are many ways to get justice
@strraku In some states you need the mother's permission to have the child take a DNA test. Can you see why the mother wouldn't agree to that or should I explain that too?
